2. Do NOT use special characters like " ¸ ` ^ ~ and don't use CAPS, use () only for special notes.
3. Do NOT submit any demos (unless the fix to turn them into full programs is included).
4. Do NOT submit anything considered illegal. (child porn, etc).
5. Do NOT submit the same downloads within 7 days.
6. Link directly to the download page, not your main page.
7. No more than 1 popup / pop under or exit popup allowed.
8. No Bittorrent, no eDonkey, and no eMule links.
9. Download links and passwords must be viewable to all guests.

11. Download links and title must be clearly to see! (NO SCRIPTS)
